One of my favorite TV shows is Monk, which is why this space is named You'll Thank Me Later. The main character suffers from OCD, a condition that causes him to obsess about what might, to others, seem like unimportant things. When he picks a piece of lint off of someone's coat or does any number of OCD-oriented things, his mantra is: "You'll thank me later." I chose this as my editing mantra so that others may understand that nothing is too small. I also happen to have OCD.
The typewriter above is what I learned to type on, so writing isn't exactly a new business for me. I am both independently published as well as traditionally published. My typewriters might be classics, but my grammar and usage is entirely modern.
Because I am an author as well, you might worry that I will try to change your style in some way. My goal is to help authors bring out the best in themselves, not to try to make the work into something it's not. I will push and challenge but only in an effort to squeeze out the best. Your work is always your work. I also have a bit of a weird sense of humor and a tendency to entertain both my clients and myself as I go, so don't be surprised if you actually smile during this process.

Aria is honored when the Council of Souls requests that she orchestrate her soul group's next life—this one in Manhattan during the late 1800s. However, she realizes the group is disjointed and that the souls are lagging behind in their growth. Each soul's difficulties follows from one lifetime to the next.

WHAT I OFFER
My services are always thorough. While some editing companies may offer services that cater to specific categories of editing such as developmental copy editing, proofreading, editing, I'm more interested in you. What your needs are outweigh specific editing categories. Some clients are highly talented and only want a polish. Some are new storytellers and need detailed suggestions and help, but sometimes, even newer storytellers just want a polish. I am interested in doing the best possible job for your needs, but my pricing is dependent on what your needs are. I offer: EDITING
HOW IT WORKS I prefer to use Microsoft Word 2016 with its Comments and Track Changes features in order to communicate issues. You can easily accept or reject changes. If this is not an option, we can discuss other options to effectively and easily communicate. Chryse Wymer is the editor to trust your 'baby' with. She gives great advice when it's needed and fixes everything else. Thorough, easy to communicate with and understands writers and writing. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my editing needs. ~ Coral Russell, author of Sacrifice |

Amazon Payments and PayPal are my preferred methods of payment. I strive to be affordable while offering the highest quality, and I especially enjoy working with independent authors. Contact me at [email protected] with any questions, concerns, or for my current pricing. I also provide a free sample of my work. If interested, e-mail me a document of 1,500 words or less, and I will promptly reply. Some references employed
